Bab- BEST ElCriOM INFANTS TO 5IZ.E Wv TEHRAN, Iran (AP) A royal court spokesman denied any relationship between Shah Mohammed Reza Pahlevi of Iran and a California mother and daughter living on welfare. The Marin County district attorney's office in San Rafael, has reported Aria Ataby is the daughter of Gail Hohlweg and her former husband, Amir Reza Atabay, whom Deputy Dist.

Atty. Milton Hyams identified as a nephew of the shah. He said Iran would be asked to pay back $1683 in welfare funds granted for the support of Aria. The 15-year-old girl has lived in a foster home for the past three months, and last month, after working for a time as a live-in housekeeper, Miss Hohlweg started getting $212 a month in welfare. AsourceinTehransaid there is no relationship whatsoever between the shah and the Atabays referred to by the district attorney's office.

The Atabay family of Iran, which comes originally from the region near the border with Soviet Turkmenia, is spread widely throughout the world. At least two members of the family work at the Iranian royal court, the source said. Miss Hohlweg said she divorced Atabay in 1960 after a brief, stormy marriage. She told reporters she did not want to ask the royal family for help, but she thought they should contribute to her daughter's Children's Store ANOTHEC FINE roJS SUAE Menaul at Eubank I CiOAAPLETE CHILDKEMS "DEPARTMENT To SllE 14-Phone 294-1495 I CLOTHlNCr UR.NI TUGE TOS ACCe.SQRi Gerry Carry Free We have HUSKY pants Knit Pants Shirts Simmons Crib Swivel Wheals Canopy Wind Guard by Famous Maker Shirts $159 Infant I Toddler $10 Stripe A Toddler 1 98 I Pants NpAvW cash CAwry r- '6141 Edith nY-' 345-2601 Toddler $125 2 Reg. $69.98 Walnut or Yellow Solid Reg.
